Before you submit — have this ready

Including these in your enquiry gets you a faster diagnosis:

  • Inverter model & serial number (on the side label)
  • Battery model and how many modules are stacked
  • Firmware / DeyeCloud plant name if already created
  • A photo of the fault on the LCD or the DeyeCloud alarm
  • What the CT/meter wiring looks like (a clear photo helps)
